COMMISSIONS

- For Commissions 800 USD or more I will require 'Proof of Income'. This is so I know you will be able to pay at least the Half Upfront of said commission when the time comes. If you cannot provide proof of either a savings that covers at least half of the total cost of the commission or a consistent source of income for the previous 3 months, I reserve the right to deny your commission.
- Commissions can take up to 2-8 weeks to complete depending on the commission. This applies once I've actually begun your commission, not when it enters the 'queue' from the 'waitlist'.
Check the Trello to see what the current estimate is.- Do NOT try to haggle prices with me. If you cannot afford to commission me please find someone else to commission. (This does not apply to 'Payment Plans')- I reserve all rights to deny any commission that I do not want to work on. Please respect my boundaries and find another artist who is willing to do the work you are requesting.- Once you enter the Queue from the Waitlist we will discuss your commission, exchange paypals, and you will provide reference(s) of your character.- I will recheck the earlier quoted price with you to make sure we agree upon the price. I will then request the half upfront fee for your commission.- As of 6/10/2022 Wait times can be anywhere from 2 Weeks - 6 Months depending on how much work I have before your commission.- Characters with complex patterns, outfits, multiple limbs, and/or detailed features will have an additional cost.- Once I am able to start on your commission I will keep in close contact with you throughout the process. 3) So that I can make any extra money I might need to pay bills for the month.- I will NOT draw stolen or copied character designs. (Gift Art is fine)- You may not alter, edit, and/or redistribute any of my content for other people to use and/or sell for monetary gain. (This includes NFT's)- I will not work on other artists work. This includes bases for 3D models and 2D art. If you want to commission me you will receive work 100% made by me. If you want edits made to a base I am not the artist for you.- Unless you have been given permission by me directly you may NOT use my artwork for commercial purposes. (Buttons, Shirts, Prints, NFT's, etc.)- When I post my artwork I credit the commissioner and the owner(s) of the character(s) involved in the piece. If you would like to remain anonymous please inform me.

ALTERATIONS

- I will make fixes and changes through every part of the commission up until it is finished. I request input on fixes you would like made through every stage of the process. It is up to you to tell me that you would like something changed early on in the process.- Excessive amount of fixes/large fixes will cost extra. (See Drawings and Paintings)- If you would like alternate versions of the piece they will cost extra. (See Drawings and Paintings)- I will make minor edits and fixes if I have perceived a description incorrectly or made personal errors.- Once I have begun lining a piece/the base geometry the commissioner cannot change the character or content of the commission.

REFUNDS

- I offer full refunds up until I have made 25% progress on the commission and the commissioner has agreed to move forward with the commission and paid the remaining cost of the commission.- You will only receive 0-25% of the total cost refund if you decide you want to cancel the commission after you have agreed to move forward with the piece and paid the remaining half of the total cost at the 25% completion mark.- I will not offer refunds once the piece is completed.

PAYMENT PLANS

- For commissions 800 USD or higher I will offer a payment plan.- You will still pay me the half upfront for the piece once you get into the queue, but once the 25% progress has been made you have the option of paying me only 25% of the final cost instead of the remaining 50%.- You are required to pay the remaining 25% by the time the commission is finished/ up to 2 weeks after that.- We must discuss whether or not you require a payment plan before I start your commission.- This feature is intended to be used only by those who absolutely cannot afford to pay the remaining 50% of the total cost by the time I start their commission. (This can be up to 6 months after you are put into the queue and you pay the first 50%)If you abuse this feature by failing to pay me by the time the commission is completed or failing to keep me informed on how long it will be until you are able to pay the remaining cost (up to the two weeks after the commission is completed MAX), I will not accept commissions from you in the future and I will put an artist’s beware up on you.
